- Tiffany Werner - All year activity - The goal of this committee is to help all children have the ability to focus on learning by providing basic material assistance on an immediate short-term basis. The donor list is comprised of parents, teachers, staff and community members. All givers and receivers are anonymous and confidential.

- Paula Dooley & Geena Wichryk - May - Chair and committee organize theme, rules, entries, judging and prizes as well as any entertainment/refreshments.  Contest held on same night as Talent Show in the spring.

Jennifer Lynch - All year activity - This committee keeps a list of the bakers who sign up at the beginning of the year and call them as needed for various events throughout the school year.

                            - Corin Dries - All year activity - This committee will design and maintain a bulletin board each month to celebrate the children’s birthdays occurring in that month. The office will provide a list of children’s birthdays for each month.

Bingo Night- Melissa Goldstein - November - Chair and committee helps plan and organize event. Tasks include ticket sales, gathering donations, coordinating staff volunteers/guest callers, set-up, clean up, etc.

                     - OPEN - Fall & Spring conference week - Volunteer to help sell and set up books in library for fair.The chairs organize the Scholastic Book Fair that is held once in the fall and once in the spring. Volunteers are needed
to staff the book fair every day. Activities are done with the students and staff to help publicize the book fair. Mrs.
Newton is the main point of contact for the book fair.

- Barb Garcia - All year activity - The chair collects qualifying General Mills Box Tops sent in to school. They are responsible for publicizing the program, planning incentive programs, counting box tops and running the reward program

- June Ashmar - All year activity - The chair collects qualifying Labels for Education bar codes that are  sent in to school. The chair is  responsible for publicizing the program, sorting the bar codes, and contacting appropriate school personnel for input on playground equipment that can be redeemed with labels/barcodes.

Classroom Captains - Daniela Kompa - All year activity - Coordinate information between teacher, school and parents.

- Suzanne Mazzella - All year activity - This committee needs a large team of volunteers to assist teaches daily with their clerical needs including copying, laminating, die-cuts, etc. Most work needs to be completed in school but there may be opportunities for at home help.

- Nancy Schmitt - All year activity - This committee will work with Mrs. Barr and selects and runs programs to help teach community awareness to our children through the help of the 5th graders. The programs selected each year are up to the committee subject to approval by the principal and the PTO.

- Nancy Salomon & Renee O'Neil - 2 times a year - This committee snacks Monday through Thursday during the fall and spring conference weeks.. A meal is provided for the teachers on the night of evening conferences (usually Tuesday) in the Teacher’s Lounge. Both parent provided and catered meals used-discuss with principal.

- Daniela Kompa - All year activity - Provide help for an activity that can be done in one day. 

- Jolynn Hover- Fall - Chair and committee will work with Mr. Moyer to develop and run an academic family fun night to bolster interest in school and build school community spirit.

- OPEN - March - The Chair and committee are responsible for organizing all aspects of evening including contacting location, ticket sales, staffing event etc.

- Jennifer McGrath - June - This committee organizes a year-end celebration for the 5th grade students who are graduating from Willow Lane. This has typically taken the form of a picnic type event with games, prizes and lunch.

Kid Stuff Books - Betsy Champagne - Fall - Chair is responsible for contacting KidStuff to initiate fundraiser. Chair and committee help labels books and distribute to classrooms and coordinate return/sales of books. Most work is done in late August/September.

- Tiffany Werner - All year activity - This chairperson organizes parent volunteers for library positions, which are ongoing throughout the year. Parent volunteers help students select books as well as assist in signing out.

Lil Shoppers- Marla Kurtz & Tawan Turnquest & Corin Dries - December - The committee purchases gift items and recruits parent volunteers to help children shop and bag their treasures at The Holiday Shop time held in early December. Volunteers are needed to help children make their selections and wrap
and label their gifts.

- Suzanne Mazzella - All year activity - This committee runs the Market Day fundraising program. Committee members are responsible for publicity, order entry, and special promotions. Volunteers are needed once a month on delivery day to unload, sort and inventory the products as well as fill the orders.

- OPEN - May - This committee organizes students of all diverse backgrounds together. The students share dance, song, art and food important to their heritage. This event occurs during the open house.

- Susan Hafner - All year activity - Help setup classroom and organize fundraiser.

PAC repViraj Patel & John Jansen & Chris Kompa - All year activity - Attend quarterly meeting with Superintendent and other administration personnel to discuss important EPSD issues. Minutes form these meetings are then shared at a PTO meeting and written up for website.

Picture Day - Amy Peterson - Fall - Committee helps coordinate help on picture day at school.

- Kristen Hoben - Fall - Chair and committee tallies pledges, reading time, class and school totals for school vs. school challenge, collects pledge money, coordinates volunteers to distribute book charms and write up book credits, coordinates with librarian and distributes final rewards.

Redner's Labels - Hiedi Hahn - All year activity - Chair collects, tallies and submits Redner’s receipts on regular basis for fundraising purposes.

Roller Skating (at Roller Motion) - Kelly Weaver - Fall - Chair and committee plans family roller skating party and distributes informational flyer, coordinates ticket sales, and volunteers to attend event and take tickets.

- Angie Hoffman - All year activity - The chair maintains an inventory of school supplies (T-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, pencils) and schedules volunteers to help sell these items during school events. This committee is also responsible for filling orders received throughout the year.

- OPEN - June - This is a HUGE event and needs a large committee and number of volunteers. Chair/s oversee the entire event including planning, donations, organizing games, rides and prizes and food vendors.

- Susan McNamara & Stacy Fritz- May - This committee organizes a week long appreciation week for teachers and staff. You can make it a fun week of treats and meals. This is a good way to get the kids involved to let their teachers know how much they are appreciated.

Student Directory    - Suzanne DeJohn - September - This chair compiles a list of names, addresses and phone numbers of the students at Willow Lane. It is distributed, after approval by parents, at the beginning of the year.

- Heather Jansen - Spring - Chair will help organize an event for students wishing to share talent in an evening program for parents and friends. They will schedule auditions, and rehearsals, plan out a wonderful evening of showing off their talents.

- Tiffany Fanning, Viraj Patel & Daniela Kompa - All year activity - This committee is responsible for all aspects involved with compiling the annual memory book. Volunteers are needed to take pictures, do layouts, compile Lovelines, and process orders. This is a yearlong project with the bulk of the work done close to the end of the year.
